Life is busy. If thirty minutes is too much for your schedule, there are other small ways to keep your sanity. Running in between meetings? Grab yourself a cup of joe. Stuck in the house or office for eight hours straight? Take two minutes to step outside for fresh air and feel the sun on your face.
