Nick Stenson Beauty is a proud supporter of Soroptimist and the LiveYourDream.org campaign, a movement dedicated to ensuring every woman and girl has the opportunity to reach her full potential and live her dreams. We support their efforts to help women obtain access to education and empower girls through role models and career guidance.
LiveYourDream.org, powered by Soroptimist, is a movement dedicated to ensuring every woman and girl has the opportunity to reach her full potential, be free from violence, and live her dreams. They seek to provide advocacy and action opportunities to spread awareness about causes such as access to education and ending violence against women.
Since the Live Your Dream Awards program was launched in 1972, Soroptimist has disbursed about $35 million in cash awards, helping more than 35,000 women achieve their dreams of a better life for themselves and their families.
The Live Your Dream Awards have a proven and lasting impact on women's well-being. In follow-up surveys, 93% of award recipients say that receiving the award increased their self-esteem, and 81% report having completed their education and improved their standard of living. Of the 56% of recipients who are survivors of gender-based violence, 96% are now living in a safe environment.
LiveYourDream.org is a movement fiercely dedicated to ensuring every woman and girl has the resources and opportunities she needs to reach her full potential, live free from violence, and of course, live her dreams.
LiveYourDream.org inspires people from all walks of life to live their dreams, while helping less fortunate women and girls to live theirs. We accomplish lasting change through hands-on program opportunities, awareness and advocacy efforts, and financial support. Our online community of nearly 100,000 activists participate in online and offline actions to address some of the most serious challenges women and girls face today, such as gender-based violence and lack of access to quality education.
