Generally, you should receive your product within 2-3 business days once your order is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation of shipment by email once your order is processed. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays.
SHIPPING RATES
A flat shipping rate of $9.95 will apply to all orders under $69.95. Any orders over $69.95 will receive free shipping. Prior to checkout, each order confirmation page displays product availability and order total based on location.
SHIPPING ADDRESS*
Currently, Nick Stenson Beauty ships within the lower 48 United States.
We regret we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or to international addresses for professional stylists and consumers at this time.
If you would like to ship to another address, log in to nickstenson.com and enter the address where you will be shipping. At this time, orders cannot be split to ship to more than one address at a time. To ship to multiple addresses, you will need to place a separate order for each delivery address.
For orders purchased from another retailer (ULTA Beauty, Salon Centric, etc), please contact their customer service department's direction.
*We are not responsible for packages sent to residential addresses.
