Cocktail for volume, fullness, and protection on fine hair.

Starting with wet hair, massage Volume Shampoo thoroughly into scalp, and rinse through mid-lengths and ends.
Distribute Moisture Conditioner lightly at the scalp to mid-lengths, and heavily on ends. Rinse.
Towel dry, then Spray Root Lifter evenly into roots.
Distribute Volume Créme evenly from roots to ends then blow dry.

Love the products, hate the packaging

I absolutely love this shampoo, as well as the conditioner. It gives me volume, softness and less hair fallout. My only issue is that the bottles are the worst. Please, change your packaging to rounded bottles with softer plastic that we can squeeze. Hard, square bottles made of rigid plastic and pumps that work poorly make it next to impossible to get the product out. I have opted to transferring to another bottle, but the process of getting it out is so frustrating (and painful to my hands) that I am considering switching to another brand. If NS would only change these awful bottles, they would have a lifelong customer.
